The 996 and 997 model Porsche's suffer from fragile oil filler tubes; over time and heat cycles the thin material becomes brittle and cracks/splits.
Even work as trivial as an air filter swap can cause a break like the image above. As well as the part cost it is awkward to replace.
The Antidote is designed to be a robust lifetime product. For a small premium initially over the stock Porsche part it saves you labor, money, time and frustration during your Porsche ownership.
Each time the stock Porsche tube breaks it can take up to 3 hours or up to $700 in shop labor to replace.
Easier than the stock tube to replace the Antidote can be replaced by your local garage or Porsche specialist or by yourself.

The Antidote is made of high strength polymer (the chain link shape in the above image is the same material our tube is made from, and can lift a 3000lb car in the air). It's unique patented 2 section robust design took 350 man hours to design and perfect.
